I never felt pressure to buy; it just spoke for itself. Truly happy with the car and I shall be entrusting Geoff and his team to keep it in tip-top shape moving forward. Confidence is so important when spending a significant amount of money on a luxury vehicle, and I had no anxieties here. I had just come out of surgery when the Mercedes C300D came up on my Autotrader search. I placed the call almost immediately, and could tell Geoff had a real passion for his cars. Having not seen or driven the car I put my deposit down immediately; that was how confident I was with the service being provided just by one call. It wasnt until 2 weeks later I picked the car up (Post-op recovery, and work commitments). I had made the correct call, the car was spotless, well presented, and ready for me to do the paperwork and drive off. Paula was very efficient, and did all of the usual documentation, tax, warranties etc. I had part exchanged my BMW 530D and the transaction was a fair price, smooth, and without the usual niggling pert-ex reductions because of a scratch here and there. I left with a smile on my face and a very nice motor. Paula and Geof run a very tight ship, are welcoming, and you should be very confident in the service they provide. I suspect this might be the start of a very expensive relationship.

So a fairly long review this one! Geoff and Paula I think will not mind me saying in a very positive way that my experience in buying my first dream car with them become an absolute nightmare, but please please read on. I can assure you this was in such a very good way! Let me explain in detail. I purchased said Porsche from Geoff (Frateli Cars) and Geoff pointed out to me that there was an intermittent fault with the instrument cluster. This had to be sent to a Porsche main dealer to be resolved before handing me the vehicle. Unfortunately for Geoff and Paula this became a bit of a mission as the replacement part had to be sent from Germany. This in itself led to several other problems ! 1. The software for coding the instrument cluster had to be obtained from Germany. 2. A joint collaboration between Germany Porsche and UK Porsche to program/code the instrument cluster. 3. The Chrono plus Clock then developed a fault, this also had to be replaced. 4. The Fuel Pump had a suspected low voltage, but was instructed was working ok but Geoff instructed Porsche to replace anyway. 5. Porsche had only a single resource for all of the above work which didn’t help when said engineer went sick. The process was delayed for over a month. I cannot express the words required on here to explain the lengths they went through to ensure this car was in first class condition. Geoff also went out of his way to decide to upgrade the audio system in the car free of charge. I never had to chase for updates, he regularly called me (not just during his business hours) but even late at night to discuss the latest updates from Porsche and the current situation. From all the car dealers I’ve ever dealt with in the past I must say I have never experienced at first hand the relationship he and his wife have given to me during this problematic situation we went through together. I will not forget this in anyway and would recommend to anyone to buy a car from them. Best regards to Geoff and Paula and a big thank to you for giving me such a great car. Picked up my new Range Rover from Geoff and Paula at the weekend and could not be happier. An excellent experience from two lovely people. From initial contact through to purchase, the level of service and the experience as a whole has been nothing but perfect... The attention to detail and obvious passion Geoff has for his business and cars is second to none, down to the finest of detail... I am a very happy customer and I would highly recommend Fratelli Cars!

Finally got myself a nice car; courtesy of Geoff, Paula and the team. Was well looked after by Dan when I needed Audi TT assistance. When more money rolls in (in the future) I'll head there for my upgrade. Thanks for all your help!

From the get go, Geoff and Paula were friendly, professional and helpful. We bought a fully spec’d Range Rover Velar which was exactly as described over the phone and beautifully presented “in person”.
