I can't tell you how grateful I was to Matt who came out to our school pool first thing in the morning after a desperate phone call to Premier Pools. The pump had stopped working as a result of a long powercut in the village and the school swimming lessons were about to start that day. He managed to get us up and running again and saved the day! I was so grateful.
