Been coming here for years and Dr Tallent and his team have always been outstanding.

I used Brookdale Medical Centre for my initial EASA Medical. The reception staff were lovely to deal with, as was their professionalism and knowledge. The nurse and doctor were also thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend this medical facility.

Very professional and kind, even though they were closing, Dr. Tallent took me as a patient for medical care. I would fully recommend his service.

Due to an unforeseen personal issue I have had to reluctantly cancel my class one medical. I tried to contact the centre several times to make my cancellation but the website has security issues and would not allow access. I eventually managed to find the phone number, having tried calling for days I could not get hold of anyone and was left with an automated voice message to try another time. I had to email the centre in the end to cancel. Due to my personal situation I have not the time nor energy to have the worry of this and losing out on my deposit. I was told that I would not get my £250 deposit back as I had not contacted them in time despite many tries. It does not sound like much money but due to my current situation it is a lot and they would not even look at the matter for me. Sometimes some good customer service goes a long way, I would never recommend this place

Have been using Dr Tallent and his team for many years for my Class 1 CAA medical. He is thorough and very knowledgeable and his team are very pleasant and easy to deal with.

I have been useing this facility twice for renewal of Class 1 medical and I am very pleased. Online reservation works fine and I have no issues. Staff is helpful and and efficient.

Not a great place! I strongly recommend you go elsewhere! Very expensive, compared to other places. I recommend Heathrow as its nearly £100 cheaper. Very rude staff, unhelpful, with real attitude and very dismissive!!
