Pets Remembered went above and beyond after the sad loss of my dog Kola. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they helped when others couldn't. Delivery was super fast the next day and truly amazing packaging ensures there are no damages. They are true animal lovers themselves with such compassion. I received my beautiful memorial for my dog that as sadly passed. I have ordered before many yrs ago and im as pleased as the first time so beautifully made and the little rainbow bridge card & 2 little wooden hearts are just so thoughtful. I will definatley order from this company again Thank you

I ordered a memorial plaque for my beloved Clyde who sadly passed away in March. It arrived securely packaged and was so much better than I could have ever imagined. The craftsmanship is excellent. The communication I received from Kerry was second to none, emailing me every step of the process. This is the second time I have ordered from Pets Remembered and each time has been excellent service. I ordered a solid oak zinc lined coffin some time ago and again it arrived in perfect condition and Chilton was most helpful. ***Warning*** do not buy! If you don’t want to get your heart broken even more. We purchased a zinc lined coffin from Pets Remembered as the website listing stated ‘Leaves the inner intact for years to come’ at the price of nearly £400. 20 months later, I go to move my beloved dog Indie to my new house and the coffin falls to pieces on the pavement outside my old house (no more than about 15 steps from where she was buried) and my girl spills out of the coffin onto the floor. Coffin collapsed. Absolutely devastated. I Cannot put into words to describe the pain and heartbreak from seeing this. I had trusted Pets Remembered to be truthful on their website regarding the longevity of the coffins that they supply. I have emailed the company several time’s and we got one reply that denied this happened so we sent pictures as proof and since then we have been ignored. We are constantly emailing to this company to try and resolve this or atleast take some responsibility or show some compassion about what has happened. But he is deleting our posts on here and has ignored us for weeks now. I really really suggest if you are planning on moving house in the future, do not buy a pet coffin here. If you don’t want your dead family member to spill out of the broken coffin where you can see their remains then please avoid buying from here. This is to warn others of our traumatic experience. And to prevent others from this. And if trauma from this happening wasn’t bad enough, customer care has been disgusting. Really is heart shattering. But the worst part of it was the denial and then the total disregard for anyone’s feelings. We said to him imagine if this happened to a human being there would be uproar.. but to us our dog was/is a family member and loved just as much as a human in our eyes. So Thank you. Thank you for making our loss even more heartbreaking.
