I cannot speak too highly of my experience with Peter and Jen at Charlwood. Everything you would wish for in a supportive business partner, helpful, friendly, immensely knowledgeable (can't be overstated) and as cooperative as you could wish for to get the best outcome. Very quick and efficient service, a recovery vehicle was sent out to me within 45 minutes of initially calling up. My vehicle was fixed and ready for collection a day before the estimated completion date. Very reasonable rates, Richards a good guy that will get you good prices on parts and look after you. Very satisfied

My clutch was shot & no garage was able to look at it. Charlwood auto repairs came to my home within an hour of calling, towed my car to their garage, fixed & returned it the same day. Great customer service, guarenteed part for a year & was much cheaper than the dealership. Could not have asked for better & will be going to them for any future works. Highly recommended!

Poor customer service skills. Attempted to get rates 25% more than what it should of been and said to take it them then and rudely hanged up phone. If you are planning on visiting this garage do some research beforehand...
