Surrey Lofts produced a terrific end result on our house in Guildford. The overall feel of the interior is much improved- increased light and more stylish. Its a pleasure to be in the two rooms that were added in the loft. A cosy bedroom and a great bathroom. Thanks to Leigh ( who provided great styling input) and his whole team for making this happen.

Surrey Lofts Walton recently converted our loft into a bedroom for our daughter. Leigh and his team were professional and respectful and managed the works considerately whilst we were continuing with daily life with a family of 5. The build took approximately 12weeks which went very quickly. We had many quotes but SLW were very competitive without compromising quality. Leigh was also accommodating with last minute changes too! Leigh and the team did a fantastic job converting our loft into a beautiful master bedroom and en-suite. The whole team were friendly and professional and we’ve had numerous comments on the high quality of the finish. Despite a bit of a delay in the first few weeks, the whole thing was done in around 9 weeks, and any little niggles we had both during and after the work were resolved by Leigh without any fuss. We had our loft converted into a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom by Leigh and the team at Surrey Lofts Walton. They also removed a wall in between two bedrooms on the first floor and reconfigured the original bathroom and made it all decoration ready for us. Leigh took over from the previous owners just before the work commenced and reassured us from the get go! In our first meeting with him he was incredibly helpful and left us feeling like we were in safe hands....and we were! They started the job mid September 2022 and were out as promised by Christmas! All of Leigh's team were polite, hard working and very good at what they do. We didn't have any serious issues during the build, but when there was a problem it was resolved quickly. Best of all it came in on budget! We lived in the house during the work and they did everything they could to make it as un-disruptive as possible. As for Leigh, he was a great project manager and was often on site. Considering how busy he was he always got back to us when we had questions and kept us in the loop throughout the project! We are absolutely delighted with the final result, giving us all a bit more space in the house. We did the decorating ourselves and just need to finish painting all the skirtings, the new staircase and doors! Then we're done! Would highly recommend!

We were very pleased with our experience with Surrey Lofts Walton LTD. Leigh was fantastic throughout and was easy to contact if and when needed. Our builder was Timmy, very nice man, who could not do enough for us. He had some great ideas on the building of the loft conversion. We had two rooms put on and one with a shower room. The workmanship was at the highest quality and no expense spared on building materials. Timmy said that he was going to build the best loft conversion in the road and I do believe he did. All of Leighs guys, plumber, electricians, plasterers were all great guys, polite, friendly, trustworthy and all did a very good job. As I said before we were very pleased with our loft conversion and would highly recommend Leigh. I have added a few photos but I am still decorating at the moment and hope to add some more when it is finished.

Instead of doing our loft, that will come later. Surrey lofts installed a new kitchen, downstairs toilet and underfloor heating. The kitchen had to be plastered, re-plummed and rewired. We supplied the kitchen, appliances and worktops. We used an IKEA kitchen, we have had one before and the quality and 25 year guarantee made them a good buy. I had forgotten however how many parts each part of the kitchen came in and Leigh obviously didn't know as the intial 3 week refit estimate was blown out the water, added stress was it was started 6 weeks before Christmas! However the quality and thought that went into fitting the kitchen was fantastic including taking end panels to make the kitchen look bespoke. Now in January we have a beautiful kitchen, bathroom and underfloor heating just waiting for splashbacks and cushions to be fitted.

Surrey Lofts have just completed our loft conversion, which was built with quality and care, our onsite team were very patient when making decisions. The communication with the office was great once the new owners took over and going forward, I wish them every success. R. Berry Teddington

We are really happy with our experience with Surrey Lofts. The start of the project was delayed due to reasons beyond their control, but once they got going the team were amazing. Chris and Judith and their team were professional, friendly, very tidy and efficient, and eager to help with advice and the benefit of their experience when needed; we really felt we were in excellent hands and were stunned by how quickly the build proceeded. What started as a loft conversion developed into the removal of fireplaces and chimney breasts on two additional floors, as well as the addition of four large skylights and a custom-made feature window, but nothing was too much trouble and the team went to great lengths to minimise the disruption to us. Communication was excellent throughout the whole project, both with Chris and Judith and the team at the office. We only wish we had gone straight to Surrey Lofts at the start!
