Incredibly technically proficient, no hard sell, just laid things out clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Woke up this morning feeling the best I have in 7 weeks of intense pain and broken sleep. A way to go yet, but really happy with day 1!

This was my first visit to SB PHYSIO. I had a back and neck massage which was executed very professionally by Caroline. She relieved me of the knots I had in the centre top of my back and advised me on some exercises to take away with me to keep my muscles in good condition. Overall a very good first experience and would definitely recommend your practice.
